i leave you with an image of a textured painting i did in the early fall with layers of colors and textures, as a substitution for a lengthy blogpost. i am off to travel to the south and the coastal hillsides to see my dad and his wife. i am leaving my two naughty girls in the care of their dad, which frankly, scares me a bit because who knows what type of mischief the three of them will get into all alone. finger's crossed that the damage won't be too bad.
